However, Putin has another role model he refuses to emulate. That role model is Pyotr Arkadyevich Stolypin, the third prime minister of the Russian Empire.
Even the experts are eager to hide the ugly truth. Machines are waging war and killing people. Frighteningly, it appears machines can kill people without human guidance.
