WhatsApp Pay almost ready to roll out in India
Facebook is introducing WhatsApp Pay in India because it has official support from the National Payment Corporation of India (NCPI); which is sponsored by the Reserve Bank of India. The NCPI handles chores like security for WhatsApp Pay, and monitors liquidity.
