He believes, “The long-term fundamentals of well-selected property remain strong. Investors should avoid making any rash decisions and keep focused on their long-term investment goals.” He further added that in order to look at the bright side of all these concerns, investors needs to think out-of-the-box to avoid oversupply and to conquer affordability issues.
