Liz Warren’s Antitrust Proposal will not work
Warren’s proposal is problematic in five ways. First her breakup plans will not limit the monopoly power of Big Tech. Second, some of Warren’s plans will merely shift the monopoly from Big Tech to other companies. Third, Warren’s proposal could put American Tech at a serious disadvantage when competing with Chinese Tech. Fourth, Warren’s proposal could drive Big Tech out of America. Fifth, Warren ignores some of the most dangerous and potentially destructive activities at tech giants.
